RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If our product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days, with the return shipping fee at your expense.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
  • After Processing: If the order has already been processed, a small fee may be deducted from the refund to cover interception costs.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you may return the product upon receipt for a refund. The refund will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your product for any reason within 30 days, with the return shipping cost at your expense.

  • You can either arrange the return shipment yourself or request a prepaid return label (the cost will be deducted from your refund).
  • Additional charges may apply for returns from non-contiguous U.S. states.
  • Returns must include all accessories and be in a clean condition. Unclean returns may incur a $10 cleaning fee.
  • Returns may be rejected if they do not meet these requirements.

If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs.

 

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Payment Methods: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Debit and credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Refund Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

For product quality issues, please contact [email protected] to initiate the return process. Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. All returns must be shipped to YRB's designated return address.

 

Address Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and we are unable to contact you after three attempts, a refund will be issued with the shipping costs deducted. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.

 

Tea Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened Packages: Can be returned within 30 days following the standard return policy.
  • Opened or Tasted Teas: Due to quality and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened tea packages.
  • Recommendation: If purchasing high-value teas, we recommend buying a sample first to ensure the taste suits you before committing to a larger purchase.
