We ship to most countries worldwide using the fastest delivery method available.

  • Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Order Tracking: You can track the status of your order at any time.

 

Shipping Rates

  • A flat shipping rate applies to all orders.
  • Shipping rates are based on product weight and destination.
  • If an item is on back order, the available part of your order will be shipped first without additional shipping fees.

 

Free Shipping for U.S. Orders

  • Orders $39 and above: Free shipping (contiguous U.S. only).
  • Orders under $39: $5.99 shipping fee.
  • International Shipping: A flat rate applies, calculated at checkout.

 

Undeliverable Locations

We do not ship to the following addresses:

  • U.S. Territories: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Military Addresses: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific

 

Shipping Delays & Customs

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier transitions (e.g., EMS, DHL to local carriers)
  • Strikes or delays in transportation
  • Additional customs fees or backend charges

 

Damaged Orders

If your order is damaged during transit, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact Customer Support via the Contact Us form and provide:

  1. Photos of the damaged item
  2. Photos of the damaged packaging

 

⚠️ Damaged items must be returned to the return address provided by our Customer Support team for inspection.
